We continue to face a rapidly changing situation with the COVID-19 coronavirus, both in our local communities and around the world. As part of the Board's effort to protect against the spread of COVID-19, the Town Hall Meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 18th and the Wine and Cheese Event originally scheduled for Saturday, March 28th will be postponed until further notice. The Board is actively working to find suitable dates to reschedule both events. More information will be provided to homeowners as it becomes available. On Monday, March 9th at 8:00 AM, USPS will begin a cement leveling project. The project is expected to be completed within 1 week. New cement will be poured to create an even surface at the Avenida Bravura mailbox area. . New cement is scheduled to be poured Wednesday, March 11th. USPS delivery service will not be interrupted. The Association Annual Election to elect five (5) Directors to the Board is scheduled for Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Community Clubhouse located at 40101 De Portola Rd.
Please make sure to submit your ballots! Homeowners may submit their ballots either by mail, in person at the annual election, or handing it off to one of the three appointed inspectors of election. The meeting will be held at Wilson Creek Winery 35960 Rancho California Rd. On Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 10:00 AM, The County of Riverside will be holding a Public Hearing at which all interested persons will be heard regarding a Class VI Wine Country Resort on approximately 126.62 gross acres. The project will be located north of Buck Rd, south of Borel Rd, west of Warren Rd, and east of Anza Rd in the Rancho California Zoning Area of the Third Supervisorial District.
