Dear GlenOak Hills Member, the Annual Meeting scheduled for today was unable to take place due to lack of quorum (118 ballots received / 154 ballots needed for quorum). The members in attendance voted to adjourn the meeting to Wednesday, November 11th at 11:00 AM. The quorum requirement drops to 77 ballots for the adjourned annual meeting. As a result, the election of directors will occur at the adjourned annual meeting.
